Note :-
¾ Candidates should be present one hour prior tocommencement of counselling along with one of their parent.
¾ Candidate should produce all original certificates as requiredin clause 19 of the prospectus.
¾ Candidates are informed to read the instructions carefully given incall letter.
¾ Call letters are sent to individuals by post
¾ Candidates who do not receive the call letter, shall download thesame from
10.8.2012 onwards from the official website www.tnhealth.org/ www.tn.gov.in by entering AR Number &Date of Birth.
¾ Candidates specified in the above schedule, even if they do notreceive the call letter, they can attend the counselling as per the date and time, mark mentioned in the schedule.
¾ It shall be the responsibility of the candidates who got revised marksin RV/RT
to attend the counselling as per their revised mark mentioned in the schedule.
¾ All Candidates participating in the counseling should producea Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of ‘’SecretarySelection Committee, Chennai - 10.” at the time of counsellingbeing the counselling processing fee.
¾ Candidates selected for SF BDS Course have to remit a sum ofRs.25,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of“Secretary, Selection Committee Chennai 10”. If thecandidates do not join the course within the specified date and time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
¾ Candidates attending counseling belonging to SC/SCA/STcommunity whose Parent’s/Guardian’s annual Income is lessthan Rs.2.00 lakhs, they should produce latest IncomeCertificate obtained from Tasildhar of the area concerned toclaim the fee exemption of Rs.25,000/-.
¾ Candidates who are not willing to opt for SF BDS Seats, neednot attend the above counseling.
¾ If they are not attending the above Counselling as calledfor, the waitlist position for Government/SF MBBS and Government BDS will not be altered/affected.
¾ Allotment is subject to availability of seats since more number of candidates have been called than the actualnumber of vacancies.
¾ The candidates will not be permitted to attend the Counsellingwithout the
Demand Drafts as specified above and in the Prospectus.
¾ The details regarding the daily Vacancy/allotment positionshall be viewed at the website www.tnhealth.org/tn.gov.in
